Educate & Elevate: Decision-Making & Problem Solving

Decision-making and problem-solving are often used interchangeably when they are, in fact, two separate but related topics. Decisions are judgement calls made as a part of navigating the problem-solving process. In this workshop participants will explore and understand the difference and how to effectively leverage their decision-making to successful navigate the problem-solving process. Both require critical thinking which will be an integral part of the discussion. Lastly, participants will explore the key obstacles to effective decision-making as well as some of the most common biases that influence effective decisions.
