SUMMARY:Community Clean Up Weekend
DESCRIPTION:We will still host the Village Community Clean Up Day\, it just looks a little different this year! Lets go out\, take a walk\, and help keep Manteno clean and green!\n\n\n\n-Village Hall (98 E. Third St) will be providing garbage bags at the drive-thru window the week of April 27-May 1 between 8:30-4:00 pm. (Note: you can still participate without using village-provided bags)\n\n\n\n-Please wear gloves\n\n\n\n-Practice social distancing while participating\n\n\n\n-Safety first! Use sidewalks when available\n\n\n\n-Clean up areas may include parks\, Main Street area\, your own neighborhood\n\n\n\n-Once a bag is filled\, tie the bag and leave it in the right-of-way at any corner\; public works will pick them up on Monday 5/4\n\n\n\n-Take pictures and share on Facebook using the hashtags #WeAreManteno #MantenoCommunityCleanUp for a chance to win a gift card to a local business (announced Monday\, May 4)
